So yesterday was a day of sunshine, great outdoors and the Namibia Food and Art Festival at the Polythecnic Hotel School. Hats off to the organizers and sponsors for a great event. The venue could have been bigger though but overall war alles spitze. They'll be expanding to the north and have a much bigger event annually in the Capital.

I hope you bought some of those Seawork canned pilchards. How was the gazpacho?
Truly an interesting blog. Keep up the good work. Wonderful to see fresh, clean-cut activity happening in Windhoek.
Nah...didn't buy any. The gazpacho was great...they made it by blending tomatoes, olive oil and toast...it was real good...the end product was garnished with Spanish bacon, egg and an olive leaf.
i love the pics..and hands down best sushi ever..
